Job Vacancy: Administrative Assistant

Contract Type: Permanent/Full Time


To provide general administrative/switchboard support for DiGiCo and switchboard support to the Audiotonix Group


  • Switchboard
  • Co-ordinate incoming calls to the correct recipients
  • General Admin
  • Complete the below tasks daily / as required –
  • Daily Staff attendance sheet
  • Preparation of DiGiCo public areas and meeting rooms
  • Greeting DiGiCo guests and covering this duty for Audiotonix when required
  • Filing of sales orders and invoices
  • Accounts Filing and expense claims
  • Purchasing of staff and guest refreshments
  • Purchasing of stationary
  • Distribute incoming post and deliveries
  • Process any post and leave with the reception area for daily collection
  • Organise TNT/UPS shipments
  • SWAG shipping assistance as required
  • Taxi Bookings
  • UK and International travel coverage when required


  • Educated to A level or equivalent level of experience


  • Used to working in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Self-sufficient, well organised individual
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role


  • Collaborative team worker with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and upbeat
  • Good level of common sense and professional work ethic
  • Creative and willing to ‘have a go’ at new things


  • Highly organised, confident communicator.
