Job Vacancy: HR Manager DiGiCo with EA support to the Audiotonix Group Executive Board

Contract Type: Permanent/Full Time


To be the HR Manager to DiGiCo UK Limited and provide executive support to the Audiotonix Group board of Directors


  • Human Resources
  • Staff recruitment
  • Qualifying and interviewing selected candidates
  • Contract negotiation and preparation
  • Development of training programmes
  • Mediating conflicts
  • Overseeing employee welfare and benefit platforms
  • Coordinating appraisals with department managers
  • Monthly payroll (currently via SAGE payroll)
  • General HR admin duties, sickness/holiday register
  • Diary Management
  • Organise and maintain Group CEO and executive diaries and schedules
  • Liaise with external Investor Directors diaries
  • Co-ordinate internal and external meetings
  • CEO and Executive Travel Arrangements
  • Manage all aspects of international and UK travel, including but not limited to –
  • Flight booking
  • Hotel booking
  • Car hire
  • Car parking
  • Public transport and taxi’s
  • Create accurate itineraries for every trip
  • Financial Management
  • Generate executive and board members expense claims with VAT receipts where applicable
  • General Admin
  • Complete the below tasks daily / as required –
  • Preparation of greeting area and Executive board room
  • Distribute front desk deliveries as required

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent level of experience


  • A minimum of five years’ experience working at executive level in a fast-paced office environment
  • Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Sage Payroll (or other payroll software) experience
  • CIPD  qualified
  • Self-sufficient, well organised individual

  • Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines.
