Job Title:   Inside Sales Associate

Department:  Sales – Lititz, PA                                        Overtime Status:  Exempt

Reports To:  VP, Professional Audio Sales

Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Associate, will support our internal and external Professional Audio sales and representative teams.  The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for managing the Professional Audio lines sales process.  The ideal candidate is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats, is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, technical and support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Candidate must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a dynamic team selling an industry-leading brand.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will have no direct supervisory responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist Professional Audio sales staff with communications to reps, dealers and end users.  This will include availability of product, order status, delivery tracking information as well as the quoting of systems

Track all customer shipments to insure completion and customer satisfaction

Respond to incoming email & phone calls for product request.  Gather requisite information needed for quote creation and share information with the proper rep firm

Insure timely responses to all customer inquiries.

Assemble needed information for the “New Customers Set Up” process with finance and operation teams

Work with Operations and Finance teams to track satisfactory completion of all sales orders to completion

Assist Professional Audio sales staff with scheduling in-person product demos, gathering shipping details as well as scheduling and tracking shipments

Respond to inquires for technical support and assist the support team with the RMA process, shipping & receiving of replacement parts and the tracking of returning inventory

Assist Professional Audio Training staff with Masters Series Events. Update Eventbright info, location details, coordinating shipping, contacts, etc

Assists in maintaining records for movements of all demos in the field

Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of DiGiCo products and system requirements.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Proficient in MS Office

Good understanding of the sales administration process

Eligibility Requirements:
Must be able to work full time in the office in Lititz, PA.  This is not a remote position.

Must be eligible to work in the United States of America
