Contract Type: Maternity Cover – 12 months


JOB SUMMARY
To organise exhibitions and training events.

Develop and manage the brands Digital marketing strategies.

Provide administrative support to the Marketing team

Proof reading for product literature, website and general editorial

Work alongside the sales team as required

KEY DUTIES
Organise exhibitions and training events
Coordinate & liaise DiGiCo’s presence at international exhibitions, including logistical, booth contractor, graphics, travel and arrangements.

Arrange and manage in-house and external training events, as required.

Provide on-the-ground support and hospitality at training events and exhibitions, as required.

Engage with clients to build brand profile.

Organise all elements of travel where required for the sales and marketing teams if required.

Digital Marketing
Plan, monitor and analyse the ongoing brand and individual product presence on social media, search engines and online platforms. Through analytical reporting and processing, you will drive the development of prospects to conversion.

Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools and provide detailed reporting and ‘next steps’ guidance.

Manage and develop online advertising strategy and spend across search, display and social channels.

Ensure best practices for website performance as part of our digital programmes, including SEO development working alongside our content creators.

Set-up automated marketing email campaigns to drive the customer journey from awareness to purchase.

Ensure our customer databases are well maintained and users are appropriately segmented and tagged for marketing purposes.

Provide creative ideas for content marketing to aid prospect development and conversion.

Consolidate and manage databases of customer and distributor contact details.

Coordinate the creation and sending of email bulletins to customers and distributors.

Respond to marketing enquiries from customers and distributors.

Provide administrative support to the Marketing team
Fulfil requests for marketing materials from VP of sales and distributors.

Coordinate provision of advertisement artworks to magazines and websites.

Provide other marketing services as required.

Run the back office function for the Marketing Manager and assist brand ambassadors and relationship managers, as required.

Manage the merchandise stock for online store including ordering and distribution.

QUALIFICATIONS
Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience

EXPERIENCE
Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software, including Excel.

Event organisation experience.

Previous experience of working in a marketing role.

Good Knowledge or all Social Media Platforms & Email Marketing Platforms

Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.

Two to three years Marketing experience

Experience of using professional image editing and design software. Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)

Proven ability to plan and oversee projects
