Job Vacancy: Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Contract Type: Permanent (30hrs per week)
Based in Chessington, we are looking for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To meet and greet guests in a professional manner, whilst providing general administrative support to the business.
HOURS OF WORK
30 hours per week, 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday
YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:
- Meet and greet guests
- Preparation of public areas and meeting rooms
- Co-ordinate incoming calls to the correct recipients
- Purchasing and co-ordination of staff and guest refreshments
- Purchasing stationary
- Diary Management
OTHER FEATURES OF THE JOB:
- Complete the below tasks daily / as required
- Daily Staff attendance sheet
- Shredding, filing and general office tidying
- Organise TNT/UPS shipments
- Post distribution and collection
- Guest travel bookings
- Admin and accounts filing support
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educated to A level or equivalent level of experience
EXPERIENCE
- Used to working in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Self-sufficient, well organised individual
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role
