Job Vacancy: Sales & Marketing Administrator

Contract Type: Permanent


Job Summary

To provide general administrative support across the sales and marketing departments.

To assist in organising worldwide exhibitions and training events.

Coordinate & Oversee Marketing events and projects as required.

Proof reading for product literature, website and general editorial.

Work alongside and support the sales team with customer order support and general administration

Maintain company databases.

Organise staff events (generally twice per year)

Key Duties

Organise exhibitions and training events

Coordinate & liaise DiGiCo’s presence at international exhibitions, including logistical, booth contractor, graphics, travel and arrangements.

Arrange and manage in-house and external training events, as required

Coordinate customer databases and email marketing blasts

Consolidate and manage databases of customer and distributor contact details.

Coordinate the creation and distribution of email bulletins to customers and distributors.

Provide administrative support to the Marketing team

Monitor and ensure that website and social media content is kept up to date and accurate

Fulfil requests for marketing materials from VP of sales and distributors.

Provide other marketing services as required.

Run the back office function for the Marketing Manager

Manage the merchandise stock for online store including ordering and distribution

General Admin

Complete the below tasks daily / as required -:

Daily Staff attendance sheet

Preparation of DiGiCo public areas and meeting rooms

Greeting guests and provide hospitality to visitors meeting the DiGiCo teams

Generation of sales orders, invoices and shipping paperwork for worldwide orders

General and accounts filing and expense claims

Purchasing of staff and guest refreshments

Purchasing of stationary

Distribute incoming post and deliveries

Process any post, TNT, UPS services and leave with the reception area for daily collection

Travel

Manage all aspects of International & UK travel including but not limited to :

Flights and Hotel Bookings

Car Hire & Parking

Switchboard

Co-ordinate incoming calls to the correct recipients

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience

Experience

Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software, including Excel.

Event organisation experience.

Previous experience of working in a marketing role.

Good Knowledge or all Social Media Platforms & Email Marketing Platforms

Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.

Experience of using professional image editing and design software. Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)

Proven ability to plan and oversee projects
